Insurance & Billing
Triad Radiology provides interpretations of imaging services at several hospitals, imaging centers and physician office locations throughout North and South Carolina. The charges for our interpretation services are not included in the bill you receive from the location at which the services were performed.
If you have insurance, we will file a claim for you. If we haven’t heard from your insurer after 30 to 45 days, we may ask for your help in contacting them. Amounts that are denied, rejected or unpaid may become your responsibility, depending on your plan type and benefits. We will bill you for any balances that are your responsibility. You may receive a text or email message from us regarding a balance due prior to receiving a paper statement. Click here for instructions on how to respond or how to opt out.

Self-pay Patients
If you do not have insurance coverage, we will bill you for the services provided. We offer a prompt pay discount if the complete bill is paid within 30 days of receipt of your first bill. Contact our billing office at 1-336-355-6198 to request the discount and make your payment.
